As busy, visionary founders, you may have experienced moments, hours, days, even weeks when you have a million things going on but no sense of forward motion as you and your team struggle to execute and maintain momentum and clarity.

But what exactly does that mean? What does an intentional leader do?
An intentional leader shows deliberate, sustained focus on a purposeful goal. There’s no flitting between focal points, there’s no room for fuzziness.
Intentional leaders create a clear vision and ensure that their everyday actions align with it.
This week, try to focus on your intentionality as you deal with the myriad challenges that come your way.
Here’s how:
Clearly articulate your goals and priorities at the start of each day.
Be deliberate in your actions and purposefully try to make each thing you do align with the intended outcomes.
Listen to your team and stay attuned to anything that may be making it difficult for them to stay aligned with your intentions..
Be mindful. If something isn’t working, create the time and space you need to refocus and realign your intentions.
